1. How Do I Make Payment ?

We accept credit cards – both Visa and Master card, and online transfer.

2. Where does Hanya Ship ?

Hanya currently offers FREE shipping to the entire Malaysia and imply a shipping fee based on weight starting from:

• RM 40 to orders from Singapore

• RM 160 to orders from Brunei

• RM 200 to orders from Australia

You may experience longer delivery duration when shipping outside Malaysia. We are working very hard on bringing HANYA to everywhere around the globe.

    3. How Long Shall I Wait for My Parcel ?

    We know the wait is longer than it looks like!
    Due to Covid-19, international shipments will be experiencing a longer wait.
     
    • Malaysia (Express Shipping) – 1-2 business days
    • Singapore / Brunei (Express Shipping) – 3-7 business days
    • Australia (Standard Shipping) – 8-10 business days
    • Australia (Express Shipping) – 5-7 business days

      4. Can I Cancel or Change My Order ?

      If you would like to cancel an order, please contact us at support@shophanya.com as quickly as possible!
      We will do our best to accommodate you. Unfortunately, due to the efficiency of fulfillment process, we cannot promise (finger crossed)
      that we will be able to cancel an order once it has been placed.



      5. How Do I Track My Order ?

      We understand the feeling of waiting so for all shipped package, we will send you the tracking number in an email
      (You can also find the info on your My Orders page). If you want to track the whereabouts of your order or even changing the shipping address, feel free to contact the carrier.

      6. I Have Difficulties Tracking My Order.

      Oh no! In a few cases, the carrier takes 1-2 business days to register your shipment status.
      If your tracking number isn’t updating or working at all, please reach out to us as soon as possible at hello@shophanya.com.

       

      7. How Long Do I Have to Wait for My Parcel To Ship ?

      Golden question! All in stock orders are processed within 1-2 business days.


      8. What If My Parcel Doesn't Arrive ?

      We ask if you could patiently wait up to 4 days after the expected shipping date! We are trying our best to make our postman go faster!

      ALL International orders will take more than 14 working days.
