Unused items may be returned within 14 days of receipt for an exchange or refund for store credits. Please ensure that items are unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.

Sorry that things didn’t work out well for you! Here are the essential notes.
Please note that returns will be made at your own cost. You can return your items to this following address within 14 days of receiving. Exchange and refund will be made once it's approved by hanya.
All refunds will be made via store credit within 48 hours upon receiving the returned items. 
All sale items, face masks and scarves are not eligible for exchange and refund.
