1. What is Your Return Policy ?

Unused items may be returned within 14 days of receipt for an exchange or refund for store credits. Please ensure that items are unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.

Important Note:
  • All items must be returned with any original packaging and subjected upon approval.
  • The item must be in its original condition, which means it must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.
  • If the item is found to have body odour or other evidence that it has been worn, we will reject the return. 
  • Please note that we reserve the right to reject any return that does not meet these requirements.
  • We also cannot accept returns of items that have been personalised or customised in any way.

3. What is Your Exchange Policy ?

Sorry that things didn’t work out well for you! Here are the essential notes:
  • Please note that returns will be made at your own cost. (inclusive exchange shipment charged at RM7.00 (local) and for international exchange, it is to be advised before it is processed.)
  • You can return your items to this following address within 14 days of receiving (Exchange and refund will be made once it’s approved by Hanya).
  • All refunds will be made via store credit within 48 hours upon receiving the returned items. 
  • All sale items, face masks and scarves are not eligible for exchange and refund.  

 

4. What If I Received a Wrong Order, or Damaged, Defective ?
