Small Business Fridays

To express our gratitude, This August, we want to show our appreciation by purchasing from a few local businesses and gift it to you guys. Introducing Small Business Fridays in commemoration of the Merdeka month, where we feature a local business every Friday.
Our goal is to shed some love, light and support for our local community.
SMALL BUSINESS HIGHLIGHT #1

sweat.co

Best friends Janine & Wenli founded "Sweat Co" back in 2018 as a community-based platform with the mantra of “feel good, look good, do good”.

The community is united by a shared love of mental wellness, fitness (through their sweat ropes & sweatbands), lifestyle, health, women’s rights & empowerment.

Table Things

Sisters, Lam and Gin founded "tablethings.studio" back in March 2021 after realising working long hours at home sitting in front of a desk have made us lose track of ceremony in our lives. They believe that everyone has different rituals that are close to one's soul and able to change one's thoughts and feelings. Be it writing in a journal, drinking a cup of coffee in the morning, lighting up a candle and more.

They create beautiful postcards, stickers, bookmarks, monthly planners and handmade coasters. They believe that decorating your desk with beautiful simple things can definitely comfort and elevate one's mood.

Small business Highlight #3

Cece Atelier

Cece.Atelier is a female run business, started by two sisters, Cece and Val back in June 2021. They make beautiful & purposeful clay pieces, or you can call them tiny furnitures, that can be used in daily lives and to make lives more convenient.

Some of the beautiful handmade pieces include, incense holders, trinket trays, candle holders, custom dishes and more to come.
